January Blog Naasif Hassan The new semester in Pharmacology at Tulane has been incredible so far, with many exciting changes in how we learn. One of the biggest transitions has been moving from traditional module-based learning to a more interactive and hands-on approach. Courses like Neuropharmacology, Endocrine Pharmacology, and Adv ances in Pharmacology now require us to complete presentation work, which encourages more interaction with classmates. This shift not only deepens our understanding of the material but also allows us to practice presenting in front of our peers and instructors. It’s a great opportunity to build public speaking and presentation skills—essential tools for our future careers in pharmacology.  In addition to my academic commitments, this semester will also be filled with volunteering and shadowing outside of class.
